Product & Package Templates

Feature Explanation

The Product & Package Templates section lets you create and organize templates for the products and packages you offer. Here, you can add essential details like the Name, Description, Quantity (QTY), Price, and Photos for each item. These templates make it easy to keep track of your offerings and ensure that product details are consistent across documents.

These templates can be incorporated into other templates, such as invoices. For example, if you add a product or package template to an invoice, the system will automatically bring in the item’s name, price, and description—saving you time and keeping details accurate. You can also use these templates to create “Event Tours,” a feature that allows customers to select products or packages for their event. (We’ll explain Event Tours in more detail later.)

The Benefit

Product & Package Templates save time and ensure consistency. By setting up these templates once, you avoid repetitive data entry and can quickly add products or packages to invoices, Event Tours, and other documents. This feature also makes it easy to update information; any changes you make to a template will automatically apply wherever that template is used, helping you maintain accuracy without extra effort.
